Growing up in Kambuzuma, Harare, Zimbabwe, poverty was a constant companion. My parents, despite their struggles, always believed education was the key to a brighter future. They tirelessly supported my studies, even when putting food on the table felt like an impossible feat.
The journey wasn’t easy. I’ve faced challenges then, and I am still learning. But that’s exactly what fuels my passion.
That’s why, alongside my fellow board members who share the same unwavering vision, I founded FundacjaIchanaya.org – our motto: “No matter how dry your season is, One day it will rain.” We focus on empowering the children of Kambuzuma through education. We believe, just like my parents did, that education is the rain that will nourish a brighter future for our community.
Our board is a collective force for change. We each bring unique experiences and expertise, united by our commitment to Kambuzuma’s children. Together, we’re developing a comprehensive approach that goes beyond just numbers.
We proudly assist 22 children, but our reach doesn’t stop there. We are actively seeking partnerships and resources to expand our impact. Our goal is to ensure every child in Kambuzuma has the opportunity to thrive.
This is more than just a cause; it’s personal.
Join us in making a difference. Together, let’s shower the children of Kambuzuma with the resources they need to blossom. Visit the website to learn more fundacjaichanaya.org
